This website and application (hereinafter, 'LoyaltyAI' or 'the Platform') provides customer loyalty services in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode for hospitality, retail and service businesses. Access to and use of the Platform confers 'user' status and implies full acceptance of all conditions included in this Legal Notice, as well as the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Terms of Service.

3. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to: texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, source code, graphic design and other elements, as well as trademarks, trade names and distinctive signs, are the property of Nexus Business Intelligence S.L. or their legitimate owners, and are protected by Spanish, EU and international intellectual and industrial property laws.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by current Spanish legislation. For the resolution of any disputes, the parties submit to the Courts of Palma de Mallorca (Balearic Islands), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.

However, if the user qualifies as a consumer under applicable regulations, the jurisdiction of the consumer's domicile shall apply, in accordance with Article 90.2 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
